1. Theme Modifications
You are free to make modifications to any of our themes to customize them for personal or client use without any limits or restrictions.
2. Refund Policy
Currently, we are offering a 30 day trial of any theme. You may try the theme for 30 days, within that time you may return the theme if said theme does not function correctly or you were mislead as to the features of said theme.
3. Warranty
We have tested all of WordPress themes to work on a clean installation of the platform and at times with a few plugins enabled. We cannot guarantee that they will work with all plugins available on the WordPress plugin repository or independently developed ones. Support will be provided for incompatibilities at our discretion and as time permits.
Our HTML/CSS themes have been tested on multiple browsers and are standards compliant.
We cannot guarantee that our themes will work with beta versions of web browsers. We do our best to test against the latest browsers for compatibility, any theme purchase you make implies that you have tested it to your satisfaction.
In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
4. Support
For paid customers we offer email support. Free theme users are welcome to use the resources as well, however we cannot provide customization services. If you are looking for customization for a theme, plugin or WordPress please review our monthly service plans.

Developers are not offered free support to customize themes for their clients. If you require our support for customization please request a quote by contacting us.
5. Policy and Price Changes
Frenchsquared reserves the right to change, or add policies to, our terms and conditions and our prices without prior notice. You may bookmark this page for future reference should you be interested in keeping up to date with them.
